Militair Historisch Museum, Achtmaal

Starting as a simple hobby, it didn't take long for it to transform into a full-fledged museum. On June 30, 2002, the Military History Museum received its official opening, with Mayor Neeb from the Zundert municipality doing the honors. This museum primarily focuses its attention on the liberators of Zundert, specifically the American 104th Infantry Division, affectionately known as the "Timberwolves." Furthermore, it explores the events leading up to World War II, the events of May 1940, and the period of occupation. Notably, the museum pays tribute to the veterans from Achtmaal as well.
