The Experience
Embark on a journey through the wartime history of Nijmegen and its environs during World War Two with our immersive Experience. This interactive encounter allows you to feel the impact of the war on all of us. The Experience lasts approximately 10 minutes and accommodates 24 seats, with 2 additional wheelchair spots available.
The Mystery
The Battle of Nijmegen has begun, and the Van Noordenburg family members have become separated. In this mystery, you'll step into the true story of the Van Noordenburg family and help Jan, who is trapped in a bomb shelter, find his family. Search for clues and uncover the history of Nijmegen and the surrounding area during Market Garden. Can you assist Jan in reuniting with his family? Suitable for visitors aged approximately 9 years and older.
Hologram Display Case
Our unique hologram display case in Nijmegen projects 3D images of masterpieces related to the Second World War from various regional museums and archives. Discover artifacts like a pram used during the Betuwe evacuation and a melted wine glass from V&D's shop window, a reminder of the bombing on February 22, 1944. The WW2 Info Center Nijmegen is free of charge for visitors. Are you visiting the Info Center with a group? Even then, admission is free. As a group, you only need to pay admission at the Info Center if you are using a group package or an educational program.
