Underground (1995)

The narrative unfolds in wartime Belgrade, focusing on an underground weapons manufacturer. As the story progresses, it ventures into increasingly surreal scenarios. A black-market operator responsible for smuggling weapons to partisans neglects to inform the workers that the war has ended. Consequently, they continue their production. Years later, they emerge from their subterranean "shelter" only to convince themselves that the war is still ongoing, leading to perplexing circumstances.
