Pacific Inferno (1979)

Following the surrender of the Philippines during World War II, the Japanese authorities uncover a secret plan by Gen. MacArthur. He had ordered the disposal of millions of dollars in silver into Manila Bay to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. Among the captured prisoners are two skilled American U.S. Navy deep-sea divers. The Japanese coerce these divers into undertaking dangerous dives in the quest for the sunken treasure.
