Canopy (2013)

In Singapore, 1942, amidst the raging war between the Allies and the Japanese, Flight Lieutenant Jim of the Royal Australian Air Force faces a dire predicament. He becomes entangled in the branches of a tree, suspended by his parachute. Now, trapped in the merciless and enemy-infested jungle, Jim must rely on his survival instincts to navigate the treacherous terrain, evade perilous Japanese patrols, and endure the relentless challenges of exhaustion, hunger, and thirst. As the boundaries blur between day and night, reality and dream, Jim's tenacity is put to the test as he fights relentlessly to stay alive and find his way back to the safety of the Allied lines. However, the dense, green labyrinth of the jungle proves to be his ultimate adversary.
