In 1943, a dire situation unfolds on the Island of Kheros where 2,000 soldiers are trapped. The British Navy's rescue efforts are thwarted by two formidable German cannons perched on Navarone Island, sinking Allied vessels attempting to reach the trapped soldiers. Following an unsuccessful aerial assault, Allied command devises a plan to dispatch a disguised six-man team, posing as fishermen, to Navarone with the mission of destroying the cannons.
This squad, led by Maj. Roy Franklin, is comprised of skilled individuals. It includes Capt. Keith Mallory, a seasoned mountain climber; Col. Andrea Stavros, Mallory's former partner; explosive expert Cpl. John Anthony Miller; engineer CPO 'Butcher' Brown; and Greek assassin Spyros Pappadimos, who hails from Navarone. Navigating through a stormy night and evading a German patrol boat, they reach Navarone.
Upon their arrival, Captain Mallory confronts the challenge of scaling a wet cliff face in the midst of a heavy rainstorm to proceed with their mission. As the team pushes forward, the question remains: will they manage to succeed against all odds?
