In April 1945, Germany teeters on the verge of defeat as Soviet Armies encircle it from the west and south. In Berlin, the capital of the Third Reich, Adolf Hitler defiantly asserts that victory remains attainable. He commands his Generals and advisors to fight relentlessly, even to the last man. "Downfall" delves into these final Reich days, depicting how senior German figures like Himmler and Goring begin distancing themselves from Hitler, seeking personal survival. Meanwhile, others like Joseph Goebbels pledge to share Hitler's fate in death. Hitler himself becomes a shadow of his former self, oscillating between moments of optimism and deep despair.

As the end nears and Hitler takes his own life, the remnants of his military must grapple with concluding the bloodshed that is the Battle of Berlin. They must find a path to surrender and lay down their arms.
