This picture was taken at one of the Norwegian fighter squadrons currently serving in England and taking part daily in the United Nations' air offensive against Germany, with sweeps over Northern France, Holland, and Belgium. The Norwegian fighters have now shot down well over 100 German aircraft and destroyed numerous German transports, locomotives, etc. A snapshot from the air station with the Norwegian squadrons. These are the kind of men who have given the Norwegian Air Force its strong reputation.
